For your carbs, I would make them as natural as possible and focus on eating sweet potatoes, oatmeal, fibrous vegetables, black beans, legumes, foods like that. 
 
To be honest, when I went through my transformation, for my carbs I ate mainly fruits, vegetables, sweet potatoes, oatmeal and that&#039;s it (except for my reward meals). :)

		<description>I have a question/questions about the meal plans. Because of who I am.... I don&#039;t eat much dairy (only raw milk cheese) and I don&#039;t eat many grains, only brown rice, very occasionally because grains give me acne, which tells me that I can&#039;t digest them well. So my question is, what carbs should I substitute with? Instead of all these muffins and whole wheat bread that are suggested on the meal plan.
