One third of the way through the 30 Day Challenge!
This is a milestone achievement.
If you have made it this far you have started to escape from some of your bad habits.
If you haven’t, do you need more support?
What has been the most difficult thing about this challenge?
I look forward to hearing some comments.
Have an amazing day.

The thing that makes this most challenging for me is that I have to get up off my butt & cook.
When you have a busy schedule, it makes it harder when you have to cook all the time. But, the motivation is…if I don’t cook…I don’t eat.
It takes time to adjust your schedule, but it is well worth it. Remember, diet & exercise truly reflect on what YOU put into it. Average training & average diet will get you average results. Excellent training with excellent diet will yield excellent results. Sorry - there is no compromise.
So…stay mentally focused on the challenge & your goals. Good luck to all!

Hello to all who are on the challenge!Day 10 and I am truly feeling the side effects of clean, healthy eating. Today my muscles ache, I have a migraine. I have lost 10lbs and am feeling my muscles being strengthened and toned. I still had a couple fruit smoothies and Lots to Drink of a herbal tea(Cali)a fruit bar and a protein powder to eat(Nuplus)it strengthens the five major organs in the body. The hardest challenge for me is to keep up the consistency without cheating!!And being accountable!!Cheers to all!!Helen
