30 Day Challenge - Day 11
July 11th, 2008 · Filed Under: Abs Mindset
Ok, we are past 1/3rd of the way of the 30 Day Challenge.
You deserve some serious praise if you’ve made it this far.
Congratulations!
I wanted to leave you with this thought that I just read from my buddy Kyle Battis.
“Nearly everyone has set up some sort of limitation for themselves simply by deciding what level of discomfort they are willing to put up with. Achieving your dream body takes a lot of work and discipline.
Yet so many people come up with excuses to avoid a workout, or indulge in junk food, or neglect writing out their goals on a daily basis because of lack of time.”
Have an amazing weekend.
Scott

Day 11 - could only do 20 minutes of cardio this morning…oh so tired. I don’t think I’m eating enough…but I’m not all that hungry! Making an effort to eat more fruit and up my calories…

Hello on Day 11!! I lived through my headache & muscle ache and now today I felt good. Not tired. Never exercised because of allowing my body to rest as I exercised for the last 4 days. Kept up with my fruit smoothie,LOTS of Living water,Sunbar,Vitashake and fruit smoothie again for supper. My body is redefining itself and becoming more toned. I love the new look and the new feeling!!Helen

Great work Helen/Loni,
I felt/am feeling the same. I bet the end result for us will be mind blowing!
The 12th July is my 37th birthday and I always dreamed on being in the best shape on my life for my 40th! Scott, I owe you a huge debt! Well on my way now.
My other half brought me out for dinner last night. Had home made mushroom and taragon soup, steak and salad, no dressing, well I think a little balsamic vinegar. Asked for fresh fruit salad for dessert, but no joy. Had a candlelit Tiramsu instead!! In my defence it was the smallest portion ever!!
My ten year driving license expired a couple of days ago and thnx to this eating plan, don’t much difference in the old and new passport photos! Happy Days.
Keep it up everyone, nearly half way thru!!!!!!
Best Regards Michael in dublin
