30 Day Challenge – Day 122 Comments
Howdy all, it’s Day 12 of your 30 Day Challenge…
How are you doing??
Loni, Helen and Michael…thanks for keeping us posted.
You are an inspiration for all.
Happy Birthday Michael!
By the way, it looks like a lot of people are interested in me coaching them for the next 30 Day Challenge.
I am still working out the details.
However, it would NOT be me giving you a workout program, as some of you have asked.
It would be you picking what YOU want to do for the 30 days, and then me coaching you for the month.
I’ll be teaching you how to stick to it (whatever you pick for your challenge) for 30 days, in good times and in bad.
It’s human nature to give up after just a few days.
I’m going to help you overcome that.
I would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on this. : )

Just back from two days at home at my mums. Had a great birthday. Thnx Scott for your best wishes.
So happy with results and we are not even half way thru yet! Gonna up the training for the next couple of weeks and work hard on abs.

Hello to all! A bit late but I did want to comment on what you Scott said about us choosing what we want to do and you coaching us and I think that is an awesome idea because we ourselves are the only person that really and truly knows our own body and if we don’t know it then we need to know it because by knowing our own bodies we know our strengths and our weaknesses and then we can work together working on both so thanks Scott for wanting to work it in that manner!!Helen
