By the way, it looks like a lot of people are interested in me coaching them for the next 30 Day Challenge.

I am still working out the details.

However, it would NOT be me giving you a workout program, as some of you have asked.

It would be you picking what YOU want to do for the 30 days, and then me coaching you for the month.

I’ll be teaching you how to stick to it (whatever you pick for your challenge) for 30 days, in good times and in bad.

It’s human nature to give up after just a few days.

I’m going to help you overcome that.

I would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on this. : )
