Hello to all who are still hanging in there!! Today was a great day!! My energy is increasing!!No more headache and my muscles are not aching!!I still continue to lose weight and becoming toned!!I am heading to Anaheim,California at the end of the week and I AM READY FOR CALIFORNIA-physically,mentally and emotionally!!I still had my Sunbar this morning along with my Cali tea then for dinner because I had company I just added a stirfry in along with my lettuce salad and then a raw broccoli salad with onions along with some whole grain rice and for supper I had LOTS of grander Living water and then some cantaloupe-delicious and refreshing!!How is everyone else doing?! Helen

Last week was real rough…very bad sinus infection. I took the week off from training, stayed on the diet as much as possible, but back in action this week.
I needed the week break anyhow from heavy lifting. Feel great in my 1st day back.
Every now & then, you have to listen to what your body tells you
