Thanks for the comment guys.

Michael...my body has been bouncing in weight. I bounce between 280 & 285. (Up to 295 on weekends when I carb up) I know I have some body fat to lose.

But the thing is my body composition has changed. I have more solid mass know & my abs are starting to show...with no direct ab work. Just lifting & the diet that I am on. the only cardio I am doing is walking. Occasionally I do a session on my Nordic Trac or go for a bike ride.

So what I have been focusing in on is building muscle & burning the fat, looking in the mirror to see how I look.

Hi Bob,

My interpretion of scotts 15 days statement is that half way there, half way to go, bite size chunks and all that! Love your motivation Bob, hows your body since you started?

I am thrilled to bits with my progress. Holiday in 4 weeks, so gonna keep this challenge up to and including it. Thats what its all about adapting Scott's original idea and changing it to make it more personal and to suit our goals.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Melina, we all had days like this. Get back on the wagon. Start tomorrow as day 1 and watch you body respond positively. No to stomach ulcers! ;-)

Helen, Loving your blog. Keep it up.

Regads and love to all. Michael

Hi All! Lucky me, I got food poisoning over the weekend and have had to take 3 days off! Oh well, back on it! I will be incorporating some two-a-days in order to "catch up" mentally. Bob, I totally agree with you...I'm planning on doing the daily fasted cardio until oct. 1 or however long it is going to take to melt this last bit of BF off! Scott I'm totally in for next month.
Have a great day everybody!

No back pedaling, Scott!

The 30 day challenge is just fine.

If you keep backing up, then the 30 day challenge becomes 15, the 15 will become 7, the seven will become 1.

to some, the 30 day challenge could be tough...but that is the point. To set a goal (30 days of what ever) and to tough it out.

30 days is not an unrealistic goal. For most training programs, they usually state 180 days to a better body ( that's 3 months or 3 30 days).

So...do what ever it takes people & hang tough. WE ARE AT THE 1/2 WAY MARK...if we did it for this long already...we can finish!

Not only have I stumbled, I've fallen off the cliff! I am still exercising consistently, but the diet has gone amuk. I have eaten fried foods a few times, and now my stomach is in knots. (I think I have a stress ulcer) Yesterday, I ate mostly starches: grits, cold cereal and milk, crackers with a little peanut butter, frozen yogurt. My stomach seemed to feel better. So I need to come up with food somewhere inbetween.
