K, today is the first day I stumbled.. I have managed to get up early every morning.. And this morning I didn’t exactly sleep in but I didn’t wake up early that’s for sure.. And I’ve totally noticed a difference!! I’ve been way more productive at everything.. So here’s to 14 days left!!

Hi Scott, just a quick question for you. I am ashamed to say that I never had a six pack in my life, both physically and in alcohol form!
Heres my question : Four weeks to beach. Eating great carbs and belly is coming right down including obliques. To get the Scott Abs, (well we now have the scott curl!), would you recommend I eat mostly protein a week before flight to hot country?
This is new territory for me, down 10lbs in 2 weeks.
Best Regards
Michael

Hello everyone,
Did real good this week. Last week i took off from lifting, as I was ill & felt a bit over trained. I switched my routine. Had an awesome week as far as training my diet. Looking forward to the weekend for carbing up & resting.
Hope everything going well for everyone & have a good weekend

Wow, great job Michael, Shelley and Bob!!
Michael, it sounds like you are already doing great on your diet. For that final week, you may want to cut back on total calories slightly. (But this is not a long term approach).
Also, are you doing any interval training? If so, I would ramp up and add a day or two of interval training to what you are already doing.
But you are doing great and have 4 more weeks to the beach so you are likely to keep seeing results doing what you are doing.
No shame in not having a six-pack. It's hard work. And great for not drinking a six-pack.
