It’s Saturday - sometimes a tough day for people to stick to healthy behaviors.
How did you do today?
What were some of your temptations?
On another note, everyone should laugh at some point in their day every day.
I just saw Seinfeld live doing his stand up act and it was the funniest stuff I’ve ever heard.

Indeed, Seinfield is a funny stand-up comic, but I must say, his sitcom wasn’t that great…

Saturday is my favorite day to train. Mostly since there isn’t a time limit and I can do what I like for as long as I want.
This Saturday I had a nice session in the morning followed by cycling with my husband and daughter.
The afternoon I had another workout session.
Definitely my idea of the best way to enjoy your Saturday.
