It’s day 3 of the 30 day challenge.
I had some eggs and an apple for breakfast.
I can already feel that my energy level has increased and I’m doing better in my workouts.

Day 3!! Today was much easier than yesterday…I have much more energy today and my endurance seems to be up. Good times!!

Had a great day today. Organic cereal blueberries & skim milk for breakfast, Clif bar and a banana mid morning, and a turkey/swiss/hummus wrap on a high-fiber tortilla for lunch. Today’s workout:
single arm DB clean & press, 10 each arm
pull-up/oblique crunch combo
KB swings using a DB, 10 ea arm.
3 rounds each. 1st set - 35# DB, 2nd set, 45# DB, last set, 55# DB. Already feeling it!

hi all, keep going, a tenth of the way thru already! lol.
just in from restaurant. mates 44th birthday. Had leek and mushrooms soup for starter, sirloin strips with side salad for main and asked for mixed fruit bowl for dessert.
Really enjoying this challenge. Hows everyone else getting on? regards michael

I’m not doing do well on this challenge. I keep thinking how healthy the single ingredient foods are, but can’t seem to do it. My biggest problem has been lack of planning. I know how important this is, but just haven’t done it. Part at our house on the river for the 4th. Really thinking about single ingredient foods. This day will have limited alcohol, then that will be the last alcohol for the month!

Day 3
Doing great on the Anabolic Diet. This diet sees to work the best for me since I am a weight lifter.
Already sweating buckets in my workouts.

Noticed your comment! You can do it! Try again tomorrow!Hang in there!! I am doing good so far with strawberry & banana smoothie with rice milk with Vitashake(Sunrider product)with Cali tea(Herbal cleansing tea)Sunbar(Sunrider)it has 10 different fruits in it and 8 grams of fiber with lots of water during the day and then a lettuce salad with cucumbers for supper and more Cali tea!!Take Care..Helen Cowan
