Congratulations for finishing the 30 Day Challenge.
Thanks Michael for sharing your 30 day results.
Does anyone else want to share how they did?
You should feel very proud of yourself. I would love to hear more stories.

I’ve still got 6 days to go. At this point 7 pounds and counting. I love it. After 3 weeks it is easier than ever. If the food is processed I don’t even give it a second look. I know there is the how much fruit is too much debate. In the past week I have increased my fruit intake by 50% and slightly decreased my vegetable intake. I got to the point I could hardly look at another piece of broccoli. I lost 2 pounds this past week. So my weight reduction has been steady. If anyone has not tried this yet I didn’t think I could do it, it gets easier as you go and I feel great. If you started and fell off, please try again.

Hello to all those who “made it”..Congratulations!!The Final Day and over all it has been great!!Eating just fruit & salads has allowed my digestion to improve and to give my stomach a rest from heavier foods. For the next month I am keeping on with just fruits & salads as I like how it makes me look & feel. Thanks Scott for all your help for the last 30 days and for sticking with it!!Thanks to all for your words of encouragment and for just “hanging” in there!!Helen

I was following/doing the Primal Challenge at Mark’s Daily Apple. My results should be posted there today (Alexandra). In short, while I didn’t lose much fat, I lost inches in some places and a few pounds. More importantly, I feel great and have a whole new outlook on my diet AND exercise routine AND what I’m capable of. I also finally figured out what my real goals are (and that includes not looking like a figure competitor
I want to be “small” but lean and muscular. Not bulked out (for a woman), even if I am lean. Those goals take a different approach. ANYWAY, my full final thoughts should be up today!
August I will be continuing my pull-up protocol - I’m following Pavel’s pull-up workout to get myself up to 10 or so pull-ups. It’s been a goal for over a year. Yesterday I did sets of 4, 3, 2, 1, 1 (unassisted). Woohoo!

We made it!!
Glad to see you guys hang tough.
Well, My month on the Anabolic Diet was AWESOME!!
This is an excellent diet if you are into serious weight training like I am.
I had no major problems with the diet, no cravings, and feel great. Think I’ll stick with it for another 30 days (or more).
