30 Day Challenge - Day 6
July 6th, 2008 · Filed Under: Abs Nutrition
It’s day 6 of your 30 Day Challenge.
Yesterday was Saturday, but it wasn’t too difficult for me.
I did some sprint training in the morning and finished off the workout with some bleachers.
I stayed in last night, a got a little work done and didn’t really have any temptations.
I want to get some feedback from you, though.
Is going through this challenge together helping you at all?
Is it helping you overcome some obstacles that you previously had trouble overcoming.
We’re almost through 1 week and I’m just curious if this has been worthwhile for you, if you’ve gotten something out of it and what other type of support you would like.
Please post your comments.
Have an amazing day!
Scott

hi scott, I have been keeping you up to date daily. clothes are starting to get a lot looser around the waist. My target is to have a six pack for first time in my life in six weeks. Then its hols. will send some pix hopefully!
What strikes me about this challenge is that it brings us back to basics when it comes to our eating habits. A good thing for sure.

Scott;
I ama day behind posting because I finally got my computer to work so now I can post. Sunday for me was challenging in a way that I was more tired than usual from my body adjusting to the healthier foods. I took it easy and rested most of the day. I am loosing lots of fluid. Never exercised as I need to get my body rested from 4 days of exercise but still had my smoothies and salads and lots of living water. I started to use Stevia in my drinks to combat the sugar cravings as well to balance my sugar. You wanted to know if this was helping and I would say ABSOLUTELY Yes!!Great to have the online support and to read how others are doing as well!!Thanks Scott and you keep up doing what is working for you!!Helen
