Howdy!
It’s Day 7 of the 30 Day Challenge.
We’re one week into this sucker.
This is where it may get a little bit rocky for you.
Were you very excited about the start of this challenge, but now your motivation to continue is not as high?
If this sounds like you, don’t worry…
You’re not alone.
It happens to everyone - me included! : )
So what do you do?
How do you get past this sticky point and get excited about this 30 Day Challenge again?
Well don’t worry - listen to this audio I just did with Kevin Gianni of Renegade Health.
He’ll get you fired up again.
And everytime you need a kick in the butt, just listen to our interview.
As always please post your progress.
I’m a little worried as we haven’t had as many comments lately.
Is anyone reading this?
Please let me know how you’re doing.
Have an amazing day.
Scott

Hi Scott,
No need to worry. I bet there are lots doing this, but not posting. I look forward to posting daily as a reward for my efforts and to say job done today.
Going good still. Had shredded wheat for breakfast and some fruit mid morning and afternoon. Some nuts and a fruit salad with some natural yogurt after i finished teaching my spinning class.
Weird that I didnt feel hungry today, whereas two days ago I could have eaten single ingredient foods that were not nailed down!
Thnx for your post today. Michael in dublin.

Hello to all those who are being challenged on Day 7!! Thanks Kevin for your motivation and Scott thanks for sharing your challenge!!It is easier to keep going when you read how others are handling the setbacks knowing that with everyone’s support we can get through this, not only for thirty days but even days and months after the challenge is over!!It is becoming tougher for me as my body is adjusting to the healthier foods and now I am having cravings for sugar like having some chocolate or having a fat, juicy burger,or some greasy chicken but I said NO to myself today and had instead a fruit smoothie for breakfast with Cali tea with Vitashake(Sunrider)Sunbar(8 fruits in it)Lots of Living water for dinner and a lettuce salad with cucumbers and Cali tea for supper and even then my body or mind is saying I still want that greasy/fatty meat&chocolate. Is there anyone out there experiencing the same cravings?Or is it just me?Thanks to all who has posted. I enjoy reading your experiences..Helen
