30 Day Challenge - Day 8
July 8th, 2008 · Filed Under: Abs Nutrition
We’re into week 2 of the 30 Day Challenge and nearly 1/3 done already.
I hope you had the chance to listen to my interview with Kevin Gianni on how to stay motivated.
One thing you can do right now is take out a piece of paper and pen and imagine the 30 days are up and you did really well for the entire challenge.
Write down the answers to these questions…
How do you look?
How do you feel?
How has your life changed in the last 30 days?
On the back of the paper, imagine the 30 days are up and you really fell off the wagon.
Write down the answers to these questions…
How do you look and feel?
Are you ashamed because you still look the same?
Do you feel embarrassed?
Do you feel bad because you didn’t stick with it?
You want to be that person that stuck with it!
Do everything you can to complete this challenge.
Have an amazing day.
Scott

hey scott, working with the minds eye is a great tool. Good on ya for suggesting to do it.
Another successful day today. Ate very clean and even my other half had a saturated fat take away and I had an homemade omlette!. On a roll and feeling confident that finally, I am going to make my goals. Regards from the emerald isle. Michael

Wow- what a great healthy challenge! I am impressed and inspired by your dedication and discipline with your health. I am starting late, but I am in for the remainder of the 2 weeks of your challenge. This will be hard for me as I mostly eat clean - but rice crackers and pretzels are my bad habit vice on stressful work days - what a great way to break that bad habit. Thanks for the help and motivation to get healthier with your challenge. Oh, by the way, it was also nice to hear your story about the 4th (chosing a salad vs nachos)- it inspires me to be stronger around temptation and “peer pressure” myself. Best regards!

Hello;
Day 8; hard to believe!! A great day for me!! Smoothie(strawberry) for breakfast. Sunbar(8 fruits in it plus 8 grams of fiber)Lots of Living water. Salad for supper with cucumbers plus Calli tea(combination of green & black tea). What motivates me to keep going is thinking how I feel when I don’t eat properly-I was in a wheelchair and couldn’t walk 10 years ago and given 2 months to live at the most mostly from not listening to my body and not eating properly so this challenge is great to keep motivated!!!Thanks for suggesting it Scott and allowing me to be a part of it!!Helen
