30 Day Challenge - Day 9 (how to make it a learning experience)
July 9th, 2008 · Filed Under: Abs Nutrition
All right it’s Day 9 already!
Any updates to share?
Here’s something you can do if you’ve fallen off the wagon already.
Get right back up.
Start again.
Don’t wait until the next time I do another 30 Day Challenge.
Get back into it.
Turn it into a learning experience.
Maybe you gave up sweets, but you had a piece of cake.
Don’t beat yourself up over it.
Take out a piece of paper and write down how you could have planned better so it doesn’t happen the next time.
Learn from it.
Nobody’s perfect.
Just get back up as quickly as possible.
Have an amazing day!
Scott

Hi Scott,
Another great clean eating day today. Just one mad thing scott. Last two nights I get up at four in the morning and put a scrapping of butter onto a slice of bread! Completely dont remember until I get up the next morning and see the crumbs. Made some tomato soup and had it a couple of hours before bed. That should do the trick. Keep going everyone. Regards Michael

Hello to all who are sticking with the challenge! I had a good day today but have been feeling tired as I can feel and notice my body cleansing. This morning I did my 10-minute routine exercises then had a fruit smoothie with a Sunbar with lots of Living water and dinner I had a Vitashake with 55 different nutrients and Fortune Delight to drink then supper I had lots of Fortune Delight with a protein powder called Nuplus. I can feel my body adjusting for the better!!Helen

day 9 was the worst day yet! I can do pretty well daily until my daughter said “lets make cupcakes” it was all over when I pulled them out of the oven. Eventhough I dont eat the frosting the cupcakes themselves tasted so good, like nothing I had experienced before. I had to have 3! So at dinner I started all over again total protein and veggies. I credit the great taste of the cupcakes to not having any white flour and very little sugar for over a year. Lets hope she doesnt get that craving again!
