50 Different Styles of Push Ups Revisited4 Comments
Howdy,
I just wanted to revisit these 2 push up videos I made awhile ago.
Combined, they contain 50 different styles of push ups that you can incorporate into your workouts.
I included several of these in the Bikini Abs Makeover Program
I often talk about workouts which includes push ups.
(Push ups are one of my favorite abs exercises if you haven’t figured it out by now).
Make sure you do different styles of push ups or your body will adapt to what you are doing.
You’ll need to consistanty challenge your body to continue to make progress.
Enjoy these push up variations.
It’s fun to revisit these videos.

Thank for these great videos as I love all the ways you can do push ups. Who needs a bench press and machines when you have body weight exercises.

I’m really excited about finding this website. I do have some questions. I’m a beginner at all of this, and need to lose weight for health purposes. I have started easy by powerwalking each morning. I wanted to start doing excersizes to gain definition in my body-will pushups help my triceps? I’m not a mom but I have mom arms. Also, is there a particular style pushup that will flatten my tummy and give it definition without the six-pack abs? I appreciate all you have on here. Have an awesome day.

Lisa, you can always try the pull-ups. Yes, they will be hard to do but will give you amazing definition no doubt about that. Ive been doing pull ups for one week and alareadfy found amazing results. Ive found the tone in the stomach. You should try it
