A Heart Healthy Workout for Valentine’s Day4 Comments
Hey I wanted to show you a heart healthy workout for you that you can do on Valentine’s Day (or any day for that matter). You might think that to get a great cardio workout, you need to go to the gym to get on the elliptical or treadill, or go outside for a run. Not true. The workout in the video is an actual workout from the Abs Uncrunched training system and will only take you 10 minutes. You don’t need any equipment for this workout. Just a chair, step or a bench.
Here’s the circuit:
10 Squat Thrusts
20 Step Jumps
30 Dips
You’ll want to do as many rounds of this circuit as you can in 10 minutes. If you can’t do step jumps, don’t worry, just replace them with one-legged step ups or squats. The nature of the circuit will really sky-rocket your heart rate while at the same time, build nice, sexy lean muscle, the perfect combination to spike your metabolism and burn fat all day long. Try this on Valentine’s Day, and then enjoy the rest of your day with your sweetheart.

What a great little workout which can be done anywhere, anytime. I am going to do this workout as a change to my regular one for a while. Change is as good as a rest!
