A Quick Workout To Get A Flat Stomach1 Comment
Thanksgiving week is always a good time to remind you that you don’t need to exercise very long, to get a great fat burning workout. Here is a quick 4 minute workout that will help build muscle, get your heart rate up and will assist you in getting a flat stomach (provided you combine this with a proper diet).
The quick 4 minute workout consists of:
DB Push Presses for 20 seconds
10 seconds of Rest
DB Squats for 20 seconds
10 seconds of Rest
4 rounds of each, for a total of 4 minutes. Try and it out and leave a comment so I know how it goes.

I'm looking forward to doing all your quick workouts, Scott, after my ankle is finished healing. Squats and lunges are some of my favorite exercises and I like doing them in combination with something else.
