I wanted to share a secret with you to get better results in your abs workout.
It has to do with where you position your arms during your leg exercises.
Huh?
I know it sounds funny to say you’re going to get better results with your abs workout when all I’m talking about are your arms and leg exercises.

Good tip Scott. Also by keeping your arms up it improves your posture. When doing lunges and squats too many people slouch as they get tired. remember to also keep your chin up.
