First time blogging but looking to vent. I am having a hard time getting back to exercising. No motivation, tired and understand how hard it is at 41 to get the weight off. I have 65 lbs to lose and it just seems monumental.Thanks for the site and the chance to vent. Have a great weekend and I am going to take your 30 day challenge and eat single food ingredients. Thanks.
