Amazing Abs Transformation
November 14th, 2007 · Filed Under: Abs Nutrition
A lot of you know that I put myself on a 12 week program of mindset, eating and intense exercise in order to transform my abs and to get them as flat and defined as possible. What you may not know is that for the most part, I followed the Every Other Day Diet plan, a nutrition program written by Jon Benson. It was simple to follow - I never counted calories, never kept a journal of what I ate, was always able to eat when I was hungry and still was able to enjoy my favorite treats.
Jon Benson will be my special guest on Thursday, November 15 at 8:00 pm Eastern, 7:00 pm Central as part of the Amazing Abs Formula teleseminar series.
Below are my before and after pictures - the first one taken on August 16, 2007 and the second picture taken on November 8, 2007.

Scott,
I’ve been reading your e-mails for months
which include testimonials for other fitness
programs.I would have expected someone so involved in health and fitness and promoting his own program to be in excellent shape. But seeing your ‘before’ picture from August ‘07
I am very curious as to why you were so out of shape. What happened?

Hi Michael,
It was simply a mindset thing and letting my business get in the way. I knew the correct things to do (sprinting, interval training, strength training, etc)., but didn’t have my mindset right for a period earlier this year. But I’m glad I have things corrected now. : )
