Kettlebell training is becoming a very popular type of training for people wanting to lose lots of fat while building a nice lean body.  I incorporate some basic kettlebell movements in my own workouts and also in our bootcamps.

I brought on my friend, kettlebell expert BJ Bliffert, to help out with this video.  BJ demonstrates 5 of the more basic movements that anyone using kettlebells can easily master.  In this video, he demonstrates the kettlebell deadlift, swing, goblet squat, high pull and clean and press.  Enjoy the video, and if you’re interested in more Quick Fat Burning Workouts, just click here.
