I was wondering if you would be interested in being coached by me for the next 30 Day Challenge, beginning in August.
It seems like there is lots of interest in the current 30 Day Challenge.
But you know I’m a big believer in doing things together as a team.
So I would like to put together another 30 Day Challenge and actually coach you through it which will make things much easier on you.
The other coaching members and I will be your support team.

No i challage myself enough and coach myself enough already as i have been training consistantly for 30 years now
and my bodyfat has never been over 11%
Stats are as follows
age 45
height 5″10
weight 240lbs
bodyfat 10%
waist 34′
chest 54′
neck upper arms and calves 18.5′
quads 28′
best bench 365lbs for 6 on the incline bench best squat 465lbs for 12 reps
i can also run the 100 in 12 seconds flat and the mile in less rgan 7 minutes.
So no i don’t think i need to be coached
unless you can train me to win the lottery.

Someone like you wouldn’t probably need to be coached…you would instead BE a coach.

Yes I would be interested un being coached for 30 day’s I need to loe 10-15 lbs., and I have a retest coming up with LVMPD and I need this to get over the 32 situp in a minute part I have the last two times only been able to get off 30, after doing a mulititude of other exersion tests just before this. Scott we have talked before sign me up.

Yes, I would be interested. I am a 36 yr old,Mother of 4 boys and 1 girl, though I am told that I don’t look it. My oldest is 14 and youngest is 7 months. I have always gained muscle and fat easily.Currently, I am 145 @ 5′2. No one ever believes that I weigh as much as I
do, when I am lean I am still heavy. I love to be around 13-15% body fat(125lbs). I have never been below 120lbs as an adult. Of course, right now I am time challenged, and as a nursing mom I have to consider every thing I eat. I love to eat and I have to cook and shop for us all with a budget. I need motivation-I have been there and done that and have seen some good results in the past. I have a hard time having a “balanced” approach, it seems I am all or nothing- I have never been good on a team, I want that to change. My goals are not physical only, I have observed in my own life that when I am taking proper care of my body then I gain clarity into other areas and the discipline to do what is right. I want my children to develop great habits and reach their potential as well. I am sure I am not the typical subscriber and I hope to hear back from you.

Yes, I think I would be interested…I’m enjoying going through THIS 30-day challenge with everybody too. Juliet I know how you feel I always weigh a lot more than people think I do - I’ve always thought my muscle weighs more than other peoples muscle! That’s why I’m doing fasted cardio in the morning on this 30 day challenge - I’m trying to get the fat off so I can see more of my muscle! Oh, and I’m trying to get my thighs not to touch, too. That’s part of the ultimate goal…

Hi Scott!
I would love to take your 30-day challenge. I just found your site recently, and I like what I’ve seen so far.
I’m pretty fit (strong and lots of endurance), but I weigh more than I want to weigh. I have lost about 10 lbs. on my own in the 2 months. However, I want to lose at least another 20 lbs.
I just finished my second year of medical school. I was disciplined about exercising pretty much every day during med school, but it was hard to maintain my prior weight without walking around all day like I did in college.

Yes, I could really use the extra motivation. It’s summer, which means I “should” have plenty of time to get to the gym every day, but somehow time keeps slipping away.

I am definitely interested because no matter how much I keep myself in a healthier lifestyle in my mid 50s then I have even been in my life, I can always use some advice and coaching to continue on this healthy journey.

Yes, I need to get moving on a consistent basis and not just start & stop regardless of the weather and my busy schedule. Having an accountability system would help a lot. I really desire to lose about 30lbs and keep it off and live healthier.

Count me in! I have changed my body by strength training and running. I didnt lose a pound until I was over a year into it. Right now I am 5′3″ and weigh 133lbs and I went from a size 12 to a 6 in a year. I would like to reduce my body fat to see what I worked so hard to get, muscle!

Scott, It sounds like most of the people you coach are already well into a plan and are just looking for a little extra edge, I on the other hand, due to illness and lack of motivation,need to loose about 65 lbs. Would this be right for me? I am interested, just want to know if I need to be further along with my weightloss before I take the challenge. Let me know.

Yes I would love for you to coach me and help me. I have a hard time sticking to things because of being a mom to three boys, ages 18 yrs, 6 yrs and 1 year. I want to lower my body fat % and I get very confused on what to eat, when to eat it, how to combine different things to get this working and burning and so on…..
Help would be greatly appreciated.

yes……i also had a hysterectomy last year an need to lose 35 lbs but can’t seem to get motivated, i work 12 hrs on a rotating shift on my feet all day and just want to kick back an do nothing.so a push from someone would help

Yes please, I need some coaching! I need to lose about 2 stone. I’m eating sensibly and have joined the gym, I just need extra motivation to cut out the snacks I’m struggling with (I’m also trying to give up smoking).
