Here is another great recipe from my partners at Prograde Nutrition, Chicken Caesar Pita. I’m going to try this one for dinner tonight.
Ingredients:
3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked, cut into thin strips
3 cups torn romaine lettuce or mixed greens
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Fat-free MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
Whole Wheat Pita
Directions:
Mix chicken, lettuce, cheese, and dressing. Place evenly into pita.
Instead of the Miracle Whip, I’m going to try using hummus. I’ll let you know how it goes~
