And I’ll show you a far superior “abs” exercise than the crunch.

I like that approach that pushups are far more superior that sit-ups as I experienced with the sit-ups that a person has the potential to pull a stomach muscle as compared to the pushup. For me I see better results with the pushup than with the situp!!Helen

Great video. You are right on all points.
To stay motivated with your push-ups do ‘partner push-ups’.
You and your partner face each other in the push-up position. One person does one, then the other person does theirs. Then two,three, etc. While your partner is doing their push-up you remain in push-up position. When you get close to your limit start counting them back down.
This is an awesome work out that should keep everybody motivated. Remember to never lock your elbows on the ‘wait’. No resting allowed.
