I am in excellent physicle shape for my age: 87 years. But I’m still open for suggestions on how to build more muscle. I don’t need to lose any fat. I used to be 6′1″ but am now down to 6 feet even. My weight is 186 pounds. I work out twice a week in a gymn and walk 4 miles every day except on my gymn workout days. I used to jog 3 miles a day but have given that up now.
