Did You Know That Excess Abdominal Fat Can Be Deadly?2 Comments

Topics: Abs Exercise, Abs Nutrition

I know I usually talk about having a flat stomach in the context of looking good, like when you’re on a beach and you’re not embarrassed walking around in your swimsuit because you have a nice, lean flat stomach. But in reality, there is a much more important health issue that I need to tell you about.

You see, not only is excess stomach fat ugly, but it poses a dangerous risk to your health. Abdominal fat comes in two varieties: subcutaneous fat and visceral fat. Subcutaneous fat is the fat that lies just below the skin. Visceral fat is buried beneath the muscles and is the more dangerous variety because it surrounds vital organs and is metabolized by the liver, which turns it into blood cholesterol.

Visceral fat is a major health concern in post menopausal women and plays a role in giving men that “beer belly” appearance. Both types of fats greatly increase your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes and certain types of cancer.

So how do you get rid of that excess abdominal fat? The only solution to getting rid of excess stomach fat is to combine a healthy nutrition plan filled with natural, whole, unprocessed foods with a training system that combines the right type of cardio with metabolic resistance training.

Research has shown that nutrition plans that contain the right amounts of polyunsaturated fats have less visceral fat, but this must be combined with the right exercise program. Unfortunately, not every exercise routine will do the trick.

I see too many people who are doing long boring cardio routines, lift a few weights and spend a lot of time and energy doing various types of crunches and sit ups, only to be frustrated by the lack of results, even after months of effort.

Since excess abdominal fat can pose such a dangerous health risk, I’ve devoted the last few years researching and interviewing the top fat loss experts in the world and have used what I learned on myself and with hundreds of clients to see what really gets rid of abdominal fat. The entire solution has been included in my just released My First Six Pack coaching program – the nutritional strategies, the exact training program, videos of the workouts, coaching from me, and more.

Keep in mind, this program isn’t about abs exercises. It’s about how to get rid of your stubborn abdominal fat as quickly as possible so you can get rid of your dangerous health risk, and get a nice flat stomach. This is not guesswork…it’s a proven system for getting rid of ugly stomach fat that has worked for me and hundreds of my clients.

If you follow the guidelines, you will lose your ugly stomach fat that you’ve had for years. And the good thing about My First Six Pack is that it’s a coaching program – I’ll be taking you by the hand and literally walking you through the system together week by week. I’m going to help you get rid of your excess stomach fat that is not only ugly, but dangerous.

Don’t waste another day walking around with your excess abdominal fat that is dangerous and killing your confidence.

Let me help you get rid of this problem once and for all with My First Six Pack.

Have a great weekend!

Scott
