It contains 6 weeks of meals and gives you plenty of options for breakfasts, lunch, dinner and snacks and resources on where to buy certain foods.

Here is another one called an Advanced Abs Meal Plan. I would read this because Isabel outlines 12 principles that you should follow.
The Advanced Abs Meal Plan is a 6 day meal plan. Whereas the Jumpstart gives you options for each meal, this one tells you very specifically what to eat for each meal.
