So if you’ve been following along my workout phlosophies, you understand that to lose fat fast, your fat loss workouts should include full body exercises with a blend of strength training and high intensity cardio training.
Well sometimes my fat loss workouts may contain exercises that’s too difficult for the beginner or new exerciser. If this is the case, some modifications are in order. Watch the video below for modifications of the push up, squat thrust, squat, plank and lunge. If there is a modification of an exercise that you’d like, just leave a comment and I can include it in an upcoming video.
