Final Phase Fat Loss – Lactic Acid TrainingComments

Topics: Abs Exercise

A couple of weeks ago, I was in the Bahamas with a bunch of my fitness colleagues, including John Romaniello, the creator of The Final Phase Fat Loss training system.   I knew John was going to be releasing Final Phase Fat Loss today to the public, and I wanted to do something special.

Final Phase Fat Loss is a unique training system for those of you who need to overcome a fat loss plateau, or for those of you trying to lose that last 5-10 pounds of stubborn fat.  It contains 4 training phases that you may have never seen before.  Rather than try to explain what each phase is, I asked John if we could capture some video footage of him taking me through some of the workouts.  He agreed, without hesitation.

This video below shows you a great demonstration of the Lactic Acid Phase of Final Phase Fat Loss.  John takes me and Vince DelMonte through 3 different exercises and explains why lactic acid training is so effective for fat loss.  Our other buddy, Arnel Ricafranca is behind the camera.  In the next 2 days, I’ll reveal 2 other training phases of the system.
