Flat Belly Secret #13 Comments
OK, this is going to be a six part series on 6 secrets to getting a flat belly. Maybe I should have called it 6 Secrets to Six Pack Abs, huh? Oh well.
Now these secrets are pretty basic and may not be secrets at all. But not many people are doing all 6. If they were, we’d all be walking around with flat stomachs, right?
OK, enough with the gibberish. Let’s get down to business.
Flat Belly Secret #1
You don’t need to spend 1-2 hours in the gym to get a flat stomach.
As a fitness professional, I’ve heard all the excuses in the book for skipping a workout: too busy, gym is too crowded or too far, don’t have my workout clothes or sneakers, it’s too hot or cold outside. And the list goes on and one. But by far the #1 excuse I hear over and over again for skipping a workout is, “I don’t have enough time.”
Well let me break it down for you: there are 1,440 minutes in a day. Can you spare 20 minutes or less and dedicate that time to exercising and reducing your belly fat? If you said “no” you should just stop reading this Flat Belly Secrets series right now. If you said “yes”, then great! That will still give you 1,420 minutes to get the rest of your stuff done during the day.
I prefer to workout about 20 minutes, 6 days a week. You may prefer 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week, which works well too. If you like that schedule better, then I recommend you check out Turbulence Training.
That’s flat belly secret #1. I’ll be back tomorrow with flat belly secret #2. Make sure you click the “Like” button, Ok? Thanks!

GREAT TIP.
You made me think about cravings. Youngsters (under 40) crave those sweet treats because they make them feel good and they don't think about what they are putting in their body, Us older youngsters know that their putting something in there bodies that can cause all types of health issues, anoung them, fat around the waist; but we do it anyway. Our brain tricks us to crave sweets as it takes us to a pleasant place. We now have to trick our brain to avoid these sweets. Your "tricks" will be helpfull to gain control over our cravings.
