Leg Blaster
Broad Jump 20 yards (keep track of how many reps it takes you)
Bulgarian Split Squats x that many reps from the broad jumps (each leg)
Squat Jumps x that many reps
One Legged Step Ups x that many reps (each leg)
Squats x 2 times the number of reps from the broad jump
Repeat, starting from the broad jumps as many rounds as possible for 15 minutes.
