Hey instead of giving you an actually today, please check out this video of 32 different styles of push ups that will help you get a flat belly. Of course you do have to combine these workouts with a proper diet, right? ; )
Pick a few of the push ups from the video an incorporate them into your workouts over the next few weeks. Remember, you have to keep challenging your muscles so that they continue to get leaner, helping your metabolism to increase and burn fat calories all day long.

Hey Scott…hope camp is going well this month…will be back next month…just wanted to say that I enjoyed that video…I’d have to say lizard crawl is my favorite…and I get some pretty funny looks doing this in the park:)
