If so, I would recommend stretching after your workout, taking a hot bath, and going for a walk to stay loose and active.

Hope this helps.  The muscle soreness is at its worst when you&#039;re just getting back into exercise.  It will get better. :)

I have been working out with a trainer 3 times a week. I am on the treadmill at several different inclines throughout &amp; I use weights. These are 40 to 50 min sessions. Additionally, I try to walk during the day 2-3 miles.  Not all at once. I have also added 2 days of exercising on my own. I have not lost a pound!!!  What is going on? I have never done this much exercise in my life.</description>
