10 Pushups
15 squats
*3 rounds*
Run 1/4 mile
Repeat this circuit from the top for 3 rounds
(you complete 3 rounds of the Get Ups, Push Ups, and Squats before running the quarter mile. After the quarter mile, you start back with the Get Ups. So all together, you complete 9 rounds of the Get Ups, Push Ups and Squats and 3 rounds of the quarter mile run)

Hi Kelli,
For this workout, a Get Up simply refers to laying on the floor on your back, completely flat (legs straight) and standing up, using any method you want to stand up. Lay back down and that is 1 rep.
There is a more sophisticated movement called the Turkish Get Up which you could go to You Tube and do a search for it to find out how to do the movement. It does that a bit of practice and skill to master, but if you are looking for another challenge you can try that.
