		<description>Kyle - I&#039;m not sure where you are seeing tuck jumps in this workout.  As far as 80 bw rows and 100 spiderman climbs, I think you are misunderstanding the workout.  Look at the note at the bottom of the workout.  You are partitioning the reps as needed.  You are not doing that many of one exercise in a row.</description>
