		<description>Hi Melissa, yes these types of exercises are designed to flatten your belly.  You do have to combine your workouts with a proper eating plan where you eat mostly natural foods like fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, lean proteins like chicken, turkey and fish, nuts, berries, eggs, sweet potatoes...foods like those.

Think about eating foods with as few ingredients as possible so get rid of those boxed and bagged foods. :)</description>

Keeping your feet on the ground, hands holding the end of the towel, get your body in a slanted position.  Pull yourself up, so your chest meets your hands, and then let yourself back until your arms are extended.</description>
