Do you provide all the equipment for your class, kb’s, medicine balls etc.? Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve, yes I do.
If I was starting over, though, I would be tempted to have them bring dumbbells and I would provide the rest.
Or, I might even just use bands and jump ropes, and just make sure the park had benches, and just use that.
All the equipment I bring really takes a beating on my SUV and I get horrible gas mileage.
