7 Squat Thrust Broad Jumps
11 Slamball
7 T-Stabilization – Push Ups
11 Kettlebell Swings
7 Jumping Lunges (each leg)
11 Grasshoppers (each leg)
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

hey scott,
have you ever thought of archiving the exercises like they do on crossfit so that someone (or myself for instance) can easily look-up what a “grasshopper” is!? That would be awesome!

Hi Jamie,
Thanks for the suggestion. I may do that. I also may make videos of all of the workouts and put them on a separate site. That would be a lot of work so I haven’t decided yet. But if enough people are interested I can do that.
By the way, for a grasshopper, get in a full push up position, knees off the ground. Bring your right foot over to the outside of your left hand, letting it touch the ground. Get it as close to your hand as possible. Return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side for the defined amount of reps.

looks like a good set of workouts Scott..One problem ,, it would be good to know what some of the exercises are and how you do them..cheers

hi , i am not familiar with some of these moves like the slam ball, stabilizers, jumping lunges, grasshoppers, it would be nice if for every exercise you mention a picture was given of the move, i think this blog is de bomb, and i wanted you to know that i am from barbados and when i go to miami in june i will be trying to get a hold of ur book that is so frequently advertised
