6 Extreme Squat Thrust (squat thrust with push up and one jumping lunge each leg)
9 Broad Jumps
12 Jumping Slamball
15 Step Jumps
18 Kettlebell High Pull
21 Dumbbell Squat Press
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Love the idea of a daily workout posted here, but dont know what all of the movements are. Is there a place to look up what you are talking about?

Thanks for the comment. As of now, there is no place to look up the workouts, but if there is enough demand for it, I will make videos of the workouts. Let me get a feel as far as how much interest there is. Thanks!
