Hill Sprints at Smith Mountain Lake4 Comments
Hey I wanted to show you a quick sprinting workout I did at my parent’s new lake house at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia. It was simple (but not easy). They have a steep driveway, so I just ran up it as fast as I could, and then walked down. I did this 4 times, and whew, did it wear me down. It may have had something to do with the fact that I was hungry, had a headache and just got off the plane, but it was good stuff anyway.
Oh and also I wanted to give you a taste of the view my parents have and show you what their new house looks like. It’s awesome!

Hey Scott, Nice video. Awesome location! The backyard hill at your parents' is similar to one near my home that I just started using for hill sprints. I think your parents hill is longer than the one I am using. That's okay cause I am not as fit as you are. You gotta be careful when the grass is slippery though
Enjoy the peace and beauty there, you're lucky to have a reprieve from the craziness of the city.

Wow! Nice house…wonderful lake!!! How, and why, did you move from Virginia to Texas? You mentioned that you did this sprint with a headache. I suffer from migraines and I cannot exercise on these days. How do you do it? Also, just wondering what tips you might have on cellulite. My body isn't terrible, but my legs have cellulite even though they are not big. I HATE it, and with summer coming…almost here…I don't know what to do. Thanks..
