In order to burn belly fat and get six pack abs, you need to combine metabolic resistance training with high intensity interval training and the proper supportive diet.
OK, here are the instructions for your fat burning workout, week 1 (see video below).
Partner Push Ups x 5
Squat Jumps x 10
Inch Worms x 10
Jumping Pull Ups/Squat Thrusts x 5
Perform 3-4 rounds of this circuit
Perform 3 x per week
