How To Burn Belly Fat With Quick Fat Burning Workouts – Week 1No Comments »

I’m putting together a series of workouts called “How To Burn Belly Fat With Quick Fat Burning Workouts.” This is week 1 in a 4 part series.

Some of these exercises are a little more advanced, but try them out if you can. You’ll feel great, see results, and the best part – you’ll burn belly fat. Plus the workouts don’t take that long.

OK, onto this week’s workout. It’s a 4 exercise circuit:

Partner Push Ups x 5
Step Jumps x 10
Inchworms x 10
Jumping Pull Ups/Squat Thrusts x 5

Complete 3-4 rounds of this circuit and perform it 3 times per week, for week 1.

I’ll be back next week with another great circuit to help you burn belly fat.
