How to Burn Stubborn Belly Fat11 Comments
Hey there – I want to tell you how you can burn an extra 400 calories each and every day without doing any additional work. This tip will also help you burn stubborn belly fat.
Sounds pretty nice, huh?
OK, just watch this video. It includes part of an audio interview that I did with Dr. John Berardi as he shares a tip on how to easily burn an extra 400 calories each day and simultaneously help you burn stubborn belly fat.
The product that I recommend is EFA Icon and comes from my partners at Prograde Nutrition. Have an amazing day!

Hey Scott-
Interesting post. I didn’t know this information about fish oil.
I am familiar with Prograde nutrition and have a lot of respect for any product of Ryan Lee and Jim Labadie.
However, I do think when recommending a supplement, you should be upfront with your listeners and let them know that you receive a commission on their purchases.
That complete transparency and openness is important to establish complete trust with your readers.

it would be nice, but I am deathly allergic to fish, shellfish and nuts. Hard to get my EFAs.

Funny you should mention fish oil in this way. As when was the last time you heard on the news about an Eskimo, Japanese person or other people on traditional high fish diets bleeding to death. This aside from real incidents such as being mauled by a bear or stabbed etc.
Check out more about what we had to say as we
found it interesting about the fish oils

Hi Scott
Good for you, i think what you’re doing is fab and very interesting.
How many milligrams do you recommend of fish oils each day? I’m studying Fitness, Health & Exercise just now and it would help me greatly to have some exciting knowledge for clients.
Thank you

How many milligrams of fish oil do you recommend a day?

I heard up tp 15 g of fish oil a day , is that what it takes to burn the extra 400 calories/day?
I also heard that if one takes more than 3 g of fish oil/day it may lower immunity as well as causing heartburn, did you hear anything regarding that?

Krill oil dosage is different than fish oil dosage because of how it absorbs. Krill oil is in a phospholipid solution which is one of the few things that cross the blood brain barrier. It actually gets utilized much more than conventional fish oil which is in a triglyceride form.
Recommendation for krill oil is 1gm per day but there are studies showing that 3gms per has lowered total cholesterol and increased HDL cholesterol.
As for 15gms per day of fish oil the research is very limited as to the validity of this. More research studies are needed to confirm this information and also any risk factors from taking that much fish oil in one day. Some of the data is mixed regarding this topic so my opinion is more studies are needed to weed out the bad studies and confirm the good studies.
