How To Cheat On Your Diet6 Comments
I’m a big believer in cheating on your diet if you want to be successful on a fat loss program. When I transformed my body, I regularly cheated on my diet. However, you can’t do it all the time – there is a strategic way to do it.
One of the things I make sure I do when I cheat on my diet is to make sure I get in a good workout that day. In other words, I don’t cheat on my diet on a “rest day.” But there are other secrets about cheating on your diet that will make you lose more fat and my friend Joel Marion explains it on in his new book Cheat Your Way Thin. I recommend you check it out.
Just for fun, I made a short video of me cheating on my diet. Yesterday was my birthday and I love pizza – that’s usually my birthday meal. And I had some Reese’s peanut butter cup cheesecake for dessert. Check it out.

What kind and how much pizza??? You can pile a bunch of BAD stuff on ‘em or pile a bunch of vegies on them… I can eat a WHOLE pie or just a slice or two… Just how far can I push cheating on my special chosen day???
Keep up the good work!!!

Yellow cake with chocolate frosting is also my favorite. Glad you enjoyed your birthday. Hope you have many more healthy ones to come.

Hey Scott,
Glad you had fun on your birthday “cheating” on your diet. Way to go! I second what Gloria asked though, where the heck is that yummy peanut butter cheescake video?

I would be interested in your thoughts comparing the ‘Every Other Day Diet’ with ‘Cheat Your Way Thin’. Which would be better for someone who does not have access to a gym?–or would that not make any difference?
