How to Get Bikini Ready Abs13 Comments
OK, this one is for the ladies out there…
I’m putting together something special for you that will come out in May on how to get bikini ready abs.
I want to help you get the sexiest, leanest, flattest stomach possible, no matter if you haven’t exercised in months, have had 3 kids, or even have had a C-section.
I want you to turn heads at the pool, on the beach, anywhere you go!
I want to put together an entire bikini ready abs system that will make this possible for you.
I have some ideas of what I want to include in this system.
But I need to hear from you!
What would you like this bikini ready abs system to include.
I don’t want to influence what you come up with, but some things I have thought about have been an e-book of all the exercises and workouts, videos of the exercises and workouts including the infamous 4-minute circuits.
I want to include some audios of mindset experts and success stories…success stories from women just like you.
And of course your diet! What would you like to see in terms of nutrition and diet? Do you need more information about the Carb Rotation Diet? Do you need recipes?
I also will start a support community so you can post your before/after photos and help each other out and keep each other accountable.
So…. it’s up to you.
What do you need from me to help you get bikini ready abs?
The sky’s the limit. Don’t hold back!
This should be fun. Please let me know what you want and add it to the Comments section.
Thanks for your help and support. : )

Recipes and examples of meals for all 6 meals in a day for no carb, low carb and high carb days.
Yes…workouts, time and effort maximizing workouts that you can do anywhere not just at the gym.
As much as it can be mapped out as if you were here with us, taking us through our workout, pushing us, preparing our meals etc.
Your content is amazing and perfect because it doesn’t make you feel like you have to give up living to be lean and fit!

Hey,
I am very interested in this blog. Have been using some of this stuff as I have been out of the gym for a very long time and trying to get myself back in shape. Would love more specifics on the Carb rotation wat are considered carbs for low carb days just complex carbs like veggies or wheat products as well? An exercise schedule would be nice too as I am having problems figuring out what is best to do when and how often.
Keep up the good work!
Really enjoying this blog.

Hi there, I would just like to request workouts that also build muscle. Lots of women only want the fashion model look and are afraid to have muscle, so I think sometimes when men put together workouts for women it is more focused on fat loss instead of substantial muscle gain. I prefer the fuller more muscular fitness model look.

Would like to see alot of vegetarian recipes. Also different fish recipes.
Foods that burn fat. etc.

I agree with Kristen. Recipes are always great, I always find that I know what to eat, but without creative ways to prepare a meal I get stuck in a rut of the same boring thing. I also agree that friendly “do anywhere” exercise routines are a must, that maximize effort in the shortest time possible. Progression from basic to advanced is important, too. I travel literally 5 days a week and hotel gyms are almost always cardio only. I bring a resistence band with me, but that’s all. Also tips on staying motivated and eating on the run (since I don’t really have the option of even cooking on Sunday to cover the week, I have to eat at restaurants), so I love your ideas about including stuff to help with mindset and keeping us accountable.

I would love to see you do a video on an ab routine to use that involves standing ab work as opposed to ground ab work.
I loved the wrists ab workout as it didn’t involve any crunches which I will not due because of back surgery, but loved the planks.
Thanks for always caring Scott.

Definately like an understanding of how diet really affects your abs and is there any advice on dealing with skin around the abs that aren’t as tight as it use to be since having kids? Videos are really great or at least pictures of the steps for an exercize.

hi scott! am just not so sure how could a 40 lb overweight person get a bikini-ready abs for summer, but am gonna give it a shot. am a very injury-prone person so i would like to see exercises that are manageable and wouldn’t cause injuries which always stop me from exercising. and if it isnt too much to ask, a complete meal plan with recipe guide might do the trick
thanks.
