How To Get Six Pack Abs In 4 Minutes – Ab Workout RoutineNo Comments »

Topics: Abs Exercise

OK, I’ve got a great ab workout routine that will show you how to get six pack abs. It’s a 4 minute circuit consisting of 4 exercises that are not that common, so you may have not seen them before. But they are very effective.

Just keep in mind that this ab routine alone won’t get you six pack abs. You should combine this workout with metabolic resistance training, interval cardio and supportive eating.

This workout routine uses the Gliding Discs which we do use in the My First Six Pack program. For this circuit, you’ll want to perform the exercises for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest in between movements. Complete all 4 abs exercises and then repeat one more time for a total of 4 minutes. These are the type of workouts you can do without going to a gym and are an integral part of the My First Six Pack program.

The exercises are pikes, grasshoppers, spiderman climbs and a mountain jumper/push up combination

Let me know how you do.
