		<description>I agree with Ruby!  That is like me, except i have more servings of fruit and more than 6 servings of vegetables, that is on top of the salad.   Can&#039;t lose the weight for anything! How can I possibly add more???  Someone PLEASE help me!!! </description>

		<description>Hi Scott, my nutrition change was to shift from 4 cups of instant coffee to one espresso with sugar and water for the rest of the day. I have been doing the squats and the pushups and I think breaking it down to 8 minutes in the morn and 8 min in the eve is great! Besides these exercises I did a sprint triathlon on sunday (750 m swim, 20km bike and 5km run), ran 10km easy in the afternoon, swim 3km on Tuesday and biked 12km, and to day my fat is up to 26.5% and my weight is 53.5kg! I&#039;ve gone up on fat and weight since i&#039;ve started. I was 52.5kg and 24.9% fat last week. I had to eat more carbs for the tri, do you think this carb loading is effecting me? Ever since i have started endurance training i have gone up in weight and fat - 2 years ago I weighed 47kg and had a body fat of 17%! Can you help? </description>
