		<description>  Interesting thought, but if I have to list all the ingresients, a lazy part of me would say &quot;Skip this&quot;,  What about foods that all the ingredients aren&#039;t listed such as &#039;spices&#039;   listed as and/ or like nuts, raisins, etc.,  What about eating at a friends home or restaraunt? Do you think they will tell you all their receipes?  The point though is well taken, though may not be the most practical. </description>

People tend to skim through the ingredients and kind of ignore the chemicals, but if we write each one down, we get to see what we&#039;re putting into our bodies as &quot;fuel&quot;.  When we start taking responsibility for what we do, but admitting to ourselves that we are poisoning our bodies with chemicals, it&#039;ll get easier to let go of the crap out there that&#039;s marketed as &quot;delicious&quot;, &quot;low fat&quot;, &quot;healthy&quot; and &quot;indulgent&quot;. 		<description>Ha, that&#039;s actually funny. Could you see anyone even listing one meal. My gosh they would be there an hour writing the ingredients down. I have all my clients journel their eating--like I tell them putting it on paper it will &quot;talk&quot; to them. Wow, this would be an eye opener for those that eat a processed meal.
