Modifications of Abs Uncrunched Exercises – Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #19Comments

Topics: Abs Exercise

Hey Happy day after Christmas. I hope you had an amazing day with friends and family yesterday. :)

If you are currently going through the Abs Uncrunched training program, I want to show you a couple of things today. Even if you’re not in the program, this info will be useful to you as well in your own training. ;) If you are a beginner there may some exercises that are too advanced for you. Go ahead and watch the videos for a demonstration of each exercise in the program.

Now, if an exercise is too hard, please refer to the manual as I put lots of variations of specific exercises suitable for all levels (for example the push up). But if something is still too advanced for you, just ask me. That’s what I’m here for.

Today’s video shows you what you can do if the squat jump and step jump are too difficult for you. These are two of my favorite exercises, but can be a little difficult if you are brand new. So check out this video and I’ll show you exactly what to do instead if this is the case. :)

And I just want to emphasize that you won’t go through this process alone. I am here to support you on your journey.

Have an amazing day.

Scott
