The Perfect Push Up – Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #1411 Comments
Hey there!
Have you seen the infomercial for these rotating push up handles called the “Perfect Push Up?”
They are supposed to give you a better workout when you perform your push ups and consequently get you better results.
I decided to try them out in the latest episode of the Abs Uncrunched Show.
Check it out the video…

P.S. My friend Jon Benson told me about a new concept in training that I hadn’t heard before called 1 Rep Fitness. When he showed it to me, I was surprised at what I saw. Check out 1 Rep Fitness and let me know what you think…

The Youth Obesity Solution – Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #133 Comments
Hi folks,
We have a growing problem in our society.
“This is the great single tragedy facing our society today,” says former President Bill Clinton.
I’m talking about youth obesity.
This epidemic is increasing at an alarming rate.
Fortunately, Brian Grasso has come up with a solution guaranteed to fix the greatest crisis that’s facing your family.
I’ll be interviewing Brian on a live teleseminar Wednesday, December 3 at 4:00 pm Eastern, 3:00 pm Central, 1:00 pm Pacific and you’ll get the chance to ask Brian your questions about the youth obesity crisis.
Here’s what I need you to do:
1) Watch the video below as I talk a bit about the obesity epidemic and share an experience where I had the recent opportunity to work with some teenage girls in a foster home to bring exercise into their lives.
2) Get ready for the teleseminar with Brian Grasso by asking your questions now and getting all of the details of the call.
3) Help Brian bring an end to youth obesity by taking a peak at The Youth Obesity Solution.
I’ll talk to you on the call.

Attempt at 20 Pull Ups – Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #124 Comments
On Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, was my attempt at 20 straight pull ups.
This was the 4th performance goal I set for myself and by far the hardest for me.
I’ve always been horrible at pull ups – as a kid, I could only do 1.
At the beginning of October, I could only do a mere 6.
But then I started training pull ups 3 days a week and got much stronger at them.
I didn’t quite reach full extension on my form and I didn’t quite reach my goal, but I did more pull ups than I had ever done before, so I was pretty pleased.
Check it out!

What’s YOUR Excuse For Not Working Out? – Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #911 Comments
Hey I wanted to ask you something…
What would you do if you were diagnosed with a brain tumor, and had to undergo major brain surgery not once, but twice?
Would you be scared?
How would you keep a positive attitude?
Would it change your perspective on life?
Now I want to ask you another question…
What kind of lame excuses have you used for not working out?
I don’t have enough time…
I don’t feel like it…
I forgot my gym shoes…
It’s too cold out…
I don’t feel like driving to the gym…
Pretty lame excuses if you ask me.
Especially when you consider that my friend and bootcamp member Amy recently had 2 major brain surgeries and was back working out less than 2 weeks after her second surgery.
With the support of her twin sister April, she was able to maintain a positive attitude throughout.
Watch the video of Amy’s story and let me know what you think.
Now what’s your excuse for not working out?
Have an amazing day.

How to Save Almost $15,000 on Your Four Minute Workouts2 Comments
Want to know how to save almost $15,000 on your Four-Minute Workouts?
This is kind of a funny story that I wanted to share with you.
There’s this guy out in California who sells this funny looking exercise gizmo for $14,615.
It’s called the ROM 4-Minute CrossTrainer.
It’s a funny looking machine.
He has a website where you can see a picture of it.
His website is fastexercise.com
Check it out if you want. This thing is huge.
I don’t know where the heck you would put it, or how you would even move it.
I think lifting it would be your workout.
Now the thing that I that I thought was funny was that the guy admits his machine has a very high selling price, but he says the ROM 4-minute workout is the ‘absolute least expensive method of exercise available
to all income groups above the poverty line.’
Is that so?
Are you telling me there are no other exercise methods cheaper than 15 grand?
Try my Favorite 4-Minute Workout System.
It’s much much cheaper…and you won’t be getting any weird looks wondering what that huge exercise gizmo is in your home.
Have an amazing day.

Quick Workouts: Running a Six-Minute Mile – Abs Uncrunched Show Episode #78 Comments
On Sunday, I tested myself on performance goal #2 (out of 4) – attempting to run a 6-minute mile.
When I initially tested myself on October 5 in the one mile run, it took me 6 minutes and 15 seconds to run it.
So I had to knock 15 seconds off the time.
Check out the video to see if I did it.
By the way, if you think you can’t get a good workout in 6-minutes, just try running a mile as fast as you can.
It’s an amazing quick workout….and…
I bet you’ll change your thinking.
I often do a 4-Minute Workout for Fat Loss which can wear me down as well.
Thanks for watching.
I would love to hear your feedback.
